Responsibilities

Limitation

Upon the instructions of the editor-in-chief, he/she may perform the duties of an expert reviewer and responsible editor of the manuscript on the following topics:

public relations, corporate communications, corporate social responsibility, corporate media

by categories:

social communications, media influence, media and mass communication

· Works with the author at the stage of manuscript submission, asks the author to clarify the submission if necessary, resubmit the manuscript with clarifications.

· Proposes to the editor-in-chief and the editorial board of reviewers.

· Works with reviewers.

· Participates in making decisions about the manuscript after review.

· At the editing stage, works with the text, translators, etc.

· Performs layout or orders the services of a layout designer.

· Edits the metadata of the article.

· Submits the finished layout of the article to the editor-in-chief.

· Does not propose reviewers with conflicts of interest.

· Does not interfere with the review process.

Member of the Editorial Board                          

· Makes a collective decision after review together with the responsible editor of the manuscript and members of the editorial board on the acceptance of the manuscript into the journal.

· Participates in the categorical and thematic planning of issues.

· Participates in determining the editorial policy of the journal (together with the editorial board).

· Selects reviewers for the journal.

Does not participate in making decisions after review together with the manuscript editor and members of the editorial board regarding the acceptance of one's own manuscript, co-authored manuscripts, manuscripts of subordinate colleagues (department members), relatives.

Author, co-author (as well as the author as a relative of the co-author, as a colleague of the co-author subordinate to the editor-in-chief)

· Submits a manuscript to the journal on a general basis.

Does not participate in the decision-making process regarding his/her manuscript as a member of the editorial board, cannot be an expert reviewer and the responsible editor of his/her article. The procedure for working with the manuscript is determined by the provision on specific conflicts of interest  Conflicts of interest policy.
