This journal is published by Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (https://knu.ua/en/) to promote the dissemination of open access scientific knowledge and support Ukrainian scientists who, in order to advance in the pedagogical and scientific stages, must publish articles in university journals. The university believes that open source knowledge generates something more valuable that benefits researchers, policymakers, and society at large. By working closely with authors, reviewers, and editors, we ensure that the academic community receives free access to high-quality research.

Editorial staff members work within the framework of an annual scientific and pedagogical workload or on a voluntary basis. The university provides support for the OJS platform.

Authors

The journal expresses its gratitude to the authors who pay for the printing of the journal, hosting to support the archival site, and mailing issues to libraries.
