Article Processing Charge

ATTENTION! Payment is accepted only after successful review and acceptance of the article for publication in the journal.

The cost of editorial and publishing preparation of the article is 1,500 UAH for 1 regional-ed. sheet (40,000 characters with spaces). The cost includes editing the text of the article accepted for publication; payment for hosting, which stores the journal archive; payment for software products used by the editorial office, licenses for their maintenance; printing of journal issues. The cost for each subsequent issue of the journal may change due to changes in prices for services in the publishing industry. The editorial office informs authors in advance about changes in the cost.

The following are exempt from payment:
● students and postgraduates;
● foreign authors;
● reviewers of the journal (a reviewer has the right to be published free of charge in as many issues as he was a reviewer);
● members of the editorial board and the editorial office.

Payment is made by the author in cash to the account of the organization that prints the issues and conducts editorial and publishing preparation of the journal. If the editorial board decides to approve the article for publication, the journal system automatically requests payment from the author. The author must contact the journal manager, conclude an agreement, obtain account details and make the payment, and send the manager a receipt for payment for control. If for some reason, but not through the author's fault, the article will not be published in the planned issue, the funds are deposited or returned to the author.
