Reasons for Refusal
- Signs of academic plagiarism have been detected.
- A conflict of interest has been identified among authors, authors and reviewers, the editorial board, or the editorial office.
- Authors violate the journal's editorial policies.
- The article has already been published in another academic journal (including electronic format and internet network).
- The author had a publication in a previous issue of the journal (allowed if one of the authors in the author team had a publication in the previous issue).
- The article is formatted with violations of Authors Guidelines.
- References to the sources used are not active, quotes do not correspond to the content of the article.
- References are missing DOIs or URLs.
- The article does not cite the works of the authors of our journal.
- Any metadata components are indicated incompletely or falsely.
- There is no list of references used.
