Reasons for Refusal

  • Signs of academic plagiarism have been detected.
  • A conflict of interest has been identified among authors, authors and reviewers, the editorial board, or the editorial office.
  • Authors violate the journal's editorial policies.
  • The article has already been published in another academic journal (including electronic format and internet network).
  • The author had a publication in a previous issue of the journal (allowed if one of the authors in the author team had a publication in the previous issue).
  • The article is formatted with violations of Authors Guidelines.
  • References to the sources used are not active, quotes do not correspond to the content of the article.
  • References are missing DOIs or URLs.
  • The article does not cite the works of the authors of our journal.
  • Any metadata components are indicated incompletely or falsely.
  • There is no list of references used.
